What should I do if my item has been damaged or broken?Updated 2 years ago

Have no fear! All of our necklaces and bracelets have a 1-year warranty, which mean we'll replace the damaged item within a year from the time of purchase.

 

To get a replacement, fill out our form here with:

  • The First and Last name on the order
  • The order number
  • Your shipping address
  • Front and Back photos of the item

NOTE:

*We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item

*We're unable to replace lost or stolen items
