What is the Ambassador Link?
This feature of the program is designed to help make sales even easier for you! This link is located in your Ambassador account (on Social Snowball), on your profile. Copy & paste this link into your Insta & TikTok bio so that it’s easy for friends & fam to find!
- Your link is easily shareable! Add it to your Instagram bio for friends and fam to shop. It will earn you commission + points towards your next reward every time it's used!
- Your link will automatically apply a discount code.
- Once someone has clicked on your link to shop, it is tracked for the next 30 days. If someone has clicked on your link and goes back to the site a few days later to make a purchase, that purchase will be credited to your ambassador profile.
What’s the difference between my code and my link?
- When there’s no sitewide sale on the website: tell people to use your code.
- Your code won’t work during a sale since discounts can’t be combined. Meaning, you wouldn’t get credit for your friend shopping on the site!
- When there is a sitewide sale on the website: tell people to use your link.
- The link will give you credit for sales, just like your code! But it will not give the customer an extra 20% discount on top of the sitewide sale, so make sure you share that with your friends & family.
What if I forgot/couldn’t apply my Ambassador code to an order?
If you forgot to apply an Ambassador code to an order or for some reason our system wouldn't allow you to apply it, we can help you!
In order for us to take care of this for you, please fill out a ticket in our help center within 48hrs of the purchase. This is REQUIRED due to payment timeframes, anytime after that will not be accepted.
We will need:
- The order number
- The ambassador code
- The ambassador’s email address
This way we can make sure the order gets discounted 20% and the Ambassador gets their commission/credit for the sale!
We will NOT be able to process the credit for the Ambassador if:
- We receive the email more than 48hrs past the order time.
- There is already another discount applied to the order (even if it is less than 20%)
Can my Ambassador code be used on top of other discount codes?
Only one discount code can be used at a time on each order! Your link can still be used to shop and receive credit without an additional discount.
