We aim to make returns and exchanges easy! We offer returns and exchanges for all customers in the US, with a 30-day return window. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. If you are an international customer looking to make a return, please contact [email protected] for more information.
As long as the item is unworn, unwashed and has no signs of damage, we offer free exchanges, and free returns for store credit. For returns to original form of payment, there is a small shipping fee of $7.00
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, bag, and pouch included)
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

Exceptions : Size exchanges are available for rings that are listed under final sale items. Double-check the “Details” section on each product page to confirm whether or not your item is a final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or defective please immediately contact customer service at [email protected] - as soon as possible. We also recommend sending us a picture of the broken item. We guarantee that any damaged item upon arrival will be replaced.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union (EU), you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable laws and product eligibility.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a withdrawal request using the withdrawal form available on our website or contact us at [[email protected]] before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If your order has already been delivered, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our return instructions and applicable legal requirements.
Please note that certain products may be exempt from the EU right of withdrawal, including personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items where permitted by applicable law. If an item qualifies for an exemption, this will be disclosed on the product page or communicated during the return review process.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
