We aim to make returns and exchanges easy! We offer returns and exchanges for all customers in the US, with a 21-day return window. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. If you are an international customer looking to make a return, please contact [email protected] for more information.
As long as the item is unworn, unwashed and has no signs of damage, we offer free exchanges, and free returns for store credit. For returns to original form of payment, there is a small shipping fee of $7.00
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, bag, and pouch included)
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

Exceptions : Size exchanges are available for rings that are listed under final sale items. Double-check the “Details” section on each product page to confirm whether or not your item is a final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or defective please immediately contact customer service at [email protected] - as soon as possible. We also recommend sending us a picture of the broken item. We guarantee that any damaged item upon arrival will be replaced.
