What does a Get Back Necklaces Brand Ambassador do?
A: Brand Ambassadors are handpicked by the GB team to share their stoke for the brand with the rest of the world- and they get extra cash and free stuff for doing just that! Our Ambassador team is made up of positive, enthusiastic people who are motivated by connecting with others and sharing a love for our earth and everyone in it.
Can I become a Brand Ambassador?
A: To be a GB Brand Ambassador, you must be 18 or older or have parent consent! If that’s you, fill out the application here to join!
What are the rules to know for being a Get Back Necklaces Brand Ambassador?
A: Rules...can’t live without ‘em! Read through the following rules for the program carefully and be sure to reach out if you have any questions!
- You must be 18 or older or have parent consent to be an Ambassador- it’s the law!
- Please don’t comment with your Ambassador code on any posts by @getbacknecklaces, even if you see another Ambassador doing it.
- Similarly, don’t post your Ambassador code to any posts from stores who carry our products OR go into stores that sell Get Back Necklaces and share your code with customers. You will be removed from the program if we find out that this is happening. (Support small biz! ⚡)
- Do not sell GB items at events of any kind (ex. farmer's markets, etc.) Leave the selling to us!
- Don’t add your Ambassador code to coupon sites. This is considered cheating so we check these sites frequently. If we find your code added to one of these coupon sites, you will be notified immediately and this will be cause for removal from the Ambassador Program! (And we reeeeally don’t wanna do that!)
- Be kind and respectful to all other Ambassadors. We’re a team!
What emails do Brand Ambassadors receive?
A: We periodically send out emails to keep our Brand Ambassadors in the loop! We like to make sure you know certain things first AND that you have some awesome content at your fingertips to help you make sales! There are four types of emails you’ll receive as a GB Brand Ambassador:
- Every time you make a sale, you will receive an email in real time, this email will let you know how much you earned!
- When you reach the next tier in the ambassador program you will receive an email as well. Login to your social snowball account to claim your free gift!
- Lastly, you will receive emails from the team here at GB! Just to give you updates, let you know about sales and important details!
- Our normal emails that everyone else gets too! You gotta stay in-the-know, right?
* If you are having trouble receiving any of these emails, make sure to check the email account you have attached to your Ambassador account on Social Snowball. If you still aren’t receiving them, usually resubscribing to the regular GB emails should do the trick! If you think you were unsubscribed from emails, go to the Brand Ambassador web page, scroll to the bottom and add your email to the signup again!
*The second thing to check is if they’re getting caught in your spam folder!
Do I need to make a certain number of sales or something?
A: Nope! This program is totally what you make of it. If you wanna hustle and make that $$$$- cool! If you want to chill for awhile and take a step back- that’s cool too! Feel free to make as many (or as few) sales as you’d like. Being an Ambassador is easy, fun, and full of perks if you want them :) No stress!
What if I don’t want to be a Get Back Necklaces Brand Ambassador anymore?
A: Hey, no hard feelings! Sometimes you just gotta do you. Cruise to our help center and fill out a ticket. Let us know you’d like us to cancel your ambassador account and voila- we got you!
What do you get when you become a Brand Ambassador?
A: By becoming a Brand Ambassador, you’ll get access to free stuff and exclusive access to sales, giveaways, and more. Most importantly, you’ll be the keeper of an exclusive discount that all of your people can use to shop getbacknecklaces.com at 20% off. Every time it’s used, you get 10% commission!
What are the reward tiers?
A: As a GB Brand Ambassador, you’ll move into different reward tiers as you make more sales. The more sales you make, the more free stuff you score! Our Brand Ambassador Program currently has seven reward tiers:
1 SALE: Small Classic St. Christopher
5 SALES: Medium Classic St. Christopher
15 SALES: Gold Classic
25 SALES: Earrings
45 SALES: Beaded choker
75 SALES: Gold or silver toggle choker
100 SALES: GB GIFT CARD COMIN' YOUR WAY!
*You’ll receive real-time emails any time you move up to the next tier!
*You do not receive anything in the mail just for signing up. All you have to do is make 1 sale using your code. You can even use your own code on your own order- that counts!
*You’ll only receive each reward once. Sales do not reset with each new month or year.
When are reward packages shipped?
A: We now process the Ambassadors rewards in real-time! So if you make a sale, that is automatically processed in our system. If that sale is your 1st, 5th, 15th, 25th, 45th, 75th or 100th sale... then you’ll be notified the next business day when your order is being processed and shipped! You will be emailed your order processing & tracking when it ships out. You MUST make sure your shipping address is correct and update it whenever you move if you want your rewards packages to make it to you!
What To Know About Getting Paid
How do I get paid for my sales?
A: We pay our Brand Ambassadors through PayPal. It's free and easy to set up! In order to become a Brand Ambassador, you must have a PayPal account (so we can pay you!) so be sure to set one up before applying!
While applying for the Ambassador Program, you’ll fill out your PayPal email address in the “PayPal Email Address” field. This is the email you use to login to your PayPal account, NOT your PayPal link.
Ambassadors are paid monthly, and you’ll receive an email from PayPal as soon as commissions go out!
How do I make a PayPal account?
A: If you don’t already have a personal PayPal account (we cannot accept “business” accounts) then making one is simple! Go to https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/account-selection and click personal.
From here,
Each time you make a sale you should get an email with the amount of commission you earned from the sale. The email subject line will say “You’ve got money!” Within this email there is a link to your portal/dashboard/ Login through this link and click “payout methods” and scroll to the bottom and click “add payment method”. Add you information and you Paypal information and click “done”
Now that you have your payment method set up, Get Back Necklaces will be able to pay you. Commissions will be paid monthly.
How do I track my sales and commission?
A: Easy! Just login to your Ambassador account here with the email and password you created while signing up for the Ambassador Program. This will allow you to track your sales and the commission you earn. Just a reminder that your Ambassador code is good for 20% off orders, and you’ll receive a 10% commission on each order placed with your code.
*Social Snowball doesn’t allow you to see the names of people who purchased using your code.
What is my Ambassador account?
A: Your Ambassador account is created by a company called Social Snowball. It is where you can log in (using the “affiliate” login) to see your past sales, commissions, payment history, edit your address, change your paypal email, etc.
You will need to create a Socia Snowball account after making your first sale!
*Social Snowball is FREE for all Brand Ambassadors.
What should I do if it looks like I’m missing commissions?
A: Please reach out to us by filling out a ticket in our help center! Make sure you include the date and any conversion ID numbers shown to give us a better idea of which sale may be missing from your account. Also, to make it a little bit easier, please include your Ambassador account email & PayPal email (if they’re different!) in the email.
Why is there a negative commission amount in my Ambassador account?
A: That means someone purchased using your link or code, but then they returned or cancelled the order.

What is the Ambassador Link?
A: This is a new feature of the program designed to help make sales even easier for you! This link is located in your Ambassador account, right on the front page.
This link makes it easier to share your ambassador code digitally and via social media! The link takes them directly to the website and automatically applies your Ambassador code to their order! This will last up to 30 days. Don’t worry, that doesn’t mean your code is only active for 30 days. So whenever someone has clicked on your shopping link and goes back to the website in the next 30 days your code will still be added to their order.
*This link will work during our sitewide sales as well to give you credit for sales! It will not give the customer an extra discount though, so make sure you share that with your friends & family.
What’s the difference between my code and my link?
A: When there’s no site-wide sale going on on the website: tell people to use your code.
When there is a site-wide sale going on on the website: tell people to use your link.
The code won’t work during a sale since discounts can’t be combined. Meaning, you wouldn’t get credit for your friend shopping on the site! If there’s a site-wide sale happening, and someone wants to buy something- give them your link! Just remind them not to type in any codes at checkout!
*The link will work during our sitewide sales as well as give you credit for sales, unlike the code! The link will not give the customer an extra 20% discount on top of the site-wide sale though, so make sure you share that with your friends & family.
What if I forgot/couldn’t apply my Ambassador code to an order?
A: If you forgot to apply an Ambassador code to an order or for some reason our system wouldn't allow you to apply it, we can help you!
In order for us to take care of this for you, please fill out a ticket in our help center within 48hrs of the purchase. This is REQUIRED due to payment timeframes, anytime after that will not be accepted. We will need the order number, the ambassador code, and the ambassador’s email address. This way we can make sure the order gets discounted the 20% and the Ambassador gets their commission/credit for the sale!
We will NOT be able to process the credit for the Ambassador if:
-We receive the email more than 48hrs past the order time.
-There is already another discount applied to the order (even if it is less than 20%).
Can my Ambassador code be used on top of other discount codes?
A: Unfortunately only one discount code can be used at a time on each order! This applies to your Ambassador link as well.
